Sea Salt Exfoliating Scrubs

    (1) Baking Soda and Sea Salt Scrub

  • 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Baking Soda

    (2) Olive Oil and Sea Salt Scrub

  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Sea Salt
  • 25 drops of a high quality Lavender Essential Oil

(1)In a small container, mix the baking soda and the sea salt. The baking soda will polish the skin and the sea salt will perform the scrubbing action. The salt grains reduce in size once applied to the skin. Leaves your skin soft and glowing!

(2)Mix sea salt, olive oil and lavender in a container. Gently massage face for about 2 minutes........use 2-3 times a week. Great results with this one too! Don't forget to use a moisturzier with sunscreen after using facial scrubs.

Anti-Aging Skin Serum
  • Pure DMAE
  • Pure Aloe Vera Gel (over the counter is fine)
  • Hyaluronic Acid
  • Vitamin C Ester
  • Alpha Lipoic Acid

You can order DMAE, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C and Alpha Lipoic Acid online from my products page at www.evitamins.com. I purchase the lowest dosages, in capsule form and open the capsules.

Start with about 3 oz. of Aloe Vera Gel, and mix in 1 Tsp. of DMAE. You can change the amounts to fit your own needs, but I generally mix in a capsule of each... Hyalronic Acid, Vitamin C Ester and the Alpha Lipoic Acid.

I'd be interested to hear how it works for you!
